The Steamship Authority is now on social media!

We are pleased to announce that we are using Facebook and Twitter as additional ways to communicate with our customers and the public, giving us with the opportunity to listen to and inform our customers and provide timely and accurate information.
Our official Facebook page @SteamshipAuthorityMA is being used to share preplanned informational updates and, as needed, operational and travel updates.
Our official Twitter account @SteamshipMA primarily will be used to share trip alerts, diversions, delays and cancellations. Our IT Department is working to link the current systems used for issuing advisories and email alerts to allow for automated posting to our Twitter account.
