Informational open houses scheduled for True North reservation system project

FALMOUTH (November 17, 2025) – The Woods Hole, Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket Steamship Authority (SSA) has scheduled a series of informational open houses for its True North initiative to replace the company’s reservation system.

At each workshop, the True North project team will be available to discuss the upcoming reservation system replacement and review upcoming improvements and new features. Attendees will be able to ask questions and share their feedback on the project.

The open houses are scheduled as follows:

  • Nantucket: 4-5:45 p.m. Tuesday, December 2, 2025, training room at the Public Safety Building, 4 Fairgrounds Road, Nantucket.
  • Martha’s Vineyard: 4-5:45 p.m. Thursday, December 4, 2025, training/community room at the Tisbury Emergency Services Facility, 215 Spring Street, Tisbury.
  • Falmouth: 5-7 p.m. Monday, December 8, 2025, Steamship Authority Administrative Offices, 228 Palmer Avenue, Falmouth.
