Have your account number and password ready to go.

Practice logging in to your account prior to the opening date.

Have your vehicle information handy, including the year, make, model and license plate number. If you're planning on bringing a rental car, don't worry – there's an option for that during the booking process.

If you plan on towing anything in the front, back, or on top of your vehicle, please have those measurements ready – you'll need them for the booking. If you don't accurately list your vehicle's dimensions, you may not be able to travel at your reserved time.
