CapeFlyer Train - connections in Bourne to Woods Hole and Hyannis

The Steamship Authority is pleased to once again partner with the CapeFlyer summer train to and from Boston for the 2024 summer season.

Our complimentary shuttle bus service takes passengers from the Bourne stop to the Steamship Authority Woods Hole terminal on Friday nights meeting the 7:15 p.m. train in Bourne and on Saturdays and Sundays meeting the 9:13 a.m. train in Bourne. If you are planning to catch a ferry to Martha's Vineyard, please alert a conductor or cafe car attendant on the train prior to arriving in Bourne.

We also provide a return shuttle that leaves Woods Hole for Bourne stop (train leaves Bourne at 7:00 p.m.) every Saturday and Sunday. To catch this shuttle, you must take the 5:00 p.m. ferry from Vineyard Haven or the 5:20 p.m. ferry from Oak Bluffs. The bus will meet both the 5:45 p.m. and the 6:05 p.m. trips arriving in Woods Hole and then proceed directly to the stop in Bourne. There is no pickup at the Palmer Avenue parking lot, and the shuttle is not available on Friday nights.

The CapeFLYER makes a final stop in Hyannis where you can hop on our free shuttle bus that will take you to our terminal in Hyannis. Please note that there is no connection availbale Friday nights due to our ferry schedules.

This shuttle service will operate from the 2024 Memorial Day weekend through the 2024 Labor Day weekend.
